Drug preparation

LPS has the knowledge and capacity to manipulate both simple and complex APIs. We have proven our excellence with our first hormone patch launched in the mid 90s. We have a strict and clear flow system to avoid any cross contamination. |
Mixing

Preparing the adhesive mass by mixing the drug solution with the other components requires a specific expertise that LPS offers. |
Coating

Coating is one of the core the core technology of Transdermal Delivery Systems. Our coating lines offer variable coating widths between 100mm and 420mm; in order to match your volume requirements, whether the quantities are a few million or hundred millions of units. We have also specific equipments to manipulate very various formats like reservoir patches, hydrogel plasters etc. |
Converting and Packaging

Converting and packaging Transdermal Delivery Systems is not an easy task. You need a combination of both specific and flexible packaging lines to allow diverse formats manipulation, going from small to big sizes units and and allowing various patterns. |
